TRX suspension straps

Two hanging straps with handles and foot loops create a simple training station when secured to a suitable anchor point. You hold the handles or place your feet in the loops, then use your body angle to change the effort. The straps feel slightly unstable, so movements are controlled and ask you to stay balanced throughout.

Suspension straps can be used for steady strength and balance work across your whole body. You can lean back for pulling movements, support your hands for presses, or place your feet in the loops for bridges, curls and plank-based movements. Adjusting your stance changes how much of your body you need to support, making the same movement gentler or harder.

They suit beginners who value guidance and variety, as well as intermediate users wanting more control and balance practice. The straps store compactly, but you need clear floor space and a secure anchor with enough room to lean safely. Start with a more upright position and simple movements. A resistance band can offer some similar pulling options without requiring you to suspend your body.
