Sauna suit
Worn like ordinary workout clothing, a sauna suit uses non-breathable fabric to hold in heat and limit sweat evaporation. You will usually feel warmer and sweatier quite quickly, even during gentle movement. The jacket and trousers can feel loose but clammy, and the extra heat may make a familiar session feel harder than usual.
You can wear it for walking, simple bodyweight movements or light gym sessions, but its main effect is making you hotter rather than changing how your muscles work. Any quick drop on the scale comes largely from lost water, not lasting fat loss, so it adds extra physical stress without adding much practical training value.
A sauna suit is generally not beginner-friendly because the trapped heat can make it harder to notice when you are doing too much. It takes little storage space, yet the heat is hard to scale precisely; opening or removing it is the main adjustment. Keep fluids nearby and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. For gentle warmth, a light, removable clothing layer is a simpler everyday alternative.
